I'm using a new Credit Card and Promotion code to buy DreamHost's Level 1 plan.

After I clicked [Charge this card now] button, an error message displayed:" CARD FAILURE: There was an error while charging your credit card. The processor returned: Timeout waiting for response (err code -12)"

Then I wait a minute, then Click the [Charge this card now] button again. Then another error message displayed:"CARD ALREADY IN SYSTEM. YOU MUST USE A NEW CARD."

Please help me.

Is my purchase succeed or failed?

Please check.

If failed, then my credit card is a new card in your system, then why I can't use it buy hosting plan with promotion code?
